Dated, worn and lacking functionality. Our goal for this space was to infuse storage, function and style, paired with ultimate durability. We re-located a window to allow for the fridge to be close to the sink. The range was moved to the opposing wall so that it would have ample countertop space on each side.

To incorporate more countertop space, the cabinetry was wrapped around one wall, which also allowed for a space for the microwave, and extra large drawers. With the window re-location, the fridge was designed to be close to the sink to provide an efficient flow during meal preparation. The porcelain tile imitates true marble but provides ultimate durability. The high gloss white custom kitchen cabinetry gives the space a clean, sleek feeling, while remaining durable and scratch resistant.

A frosty blue, cast iron apron front sink sets the style for the new kitchen. The floating shelves provide a space for cook books and accessories. A large table to seat up to 6 people was designed along the back wall. The bench seating features fully operational drawers for added storage. The flush, integrated cabinetry hardware complements the high gloss white custom cabinetry. Chrome fixtures and accessories complete the space.

The bathroom was transformed into a durable, contemporary space that would stand the test of time. The custom cabinetry and countertop is certified environmentally friendly. The new 60” shower and glass door create an airy feel, while offering easy to clean materials. The porcelain floor tile has the look of marble and the new medicine cabinets add extra storage.
