Services provided were very good. All tradesmen/women were excellent and easy to deal with and paid attention to detail. The design is functional and has a sophisticated, timeless style. Cassandra was very good with providing details we had not taken into consideration or envisioned for the new space. Paul was very easy to get a hold of when we had questions and was prompt at responding to emails. All team members were easy to work with and we would recommend William Standen to others who are looking for a custom design, and turn-key installation.

We purchased a 1910 craftsman in a established neighborhood with the intention to completely transform the interior while keeping the outside inline with other period homes in the neighborhood. We chose William Standen for the interior design because they seemed to instantly understand what we were trying to achieve, even if we could not quite explain it ourselves. The result was a "transitional craftsman" design that we loved. Cassandra, Alannah and the rest of the team were great to work with. We live in Michigan, so we collaborated digitally for the entire process over Zoom, Facetime and phone calls to get the design right. During the building process William Standen was available to our General Contractor for any questions and in some cases brainstorming. We have lived in the home for 6 months now and it has turned out to be everything we dreamed about during the design process.
