This downtown Detroit condo faces the river and the homeowner wanted to optimize the view, and upgrade the interior. Our design plan included removing the existing wall between the kitchen and dining area, enlarging the kitchen and incorporating the dining table into the kitchen island, for a streamlined and elegant look. Deep blue and copper accents ground the room while adding a touch of glam. The kitchen storage and countertop surface area has been drastically increased and the new space allows the cook to be in the kitchen while serving and chatting with family and guests.
