The client approached us after concerns arose during their initial design phase with their architect. Worried that the design might not meet their expectations, they brought us on board to optimize the layout and refine the blueprints before construction began. Upon review, we identified several critical errors that would have compromised the entire space. We worked meticulously to redesign the kitchen, enlarge the living room, design a hallway into the space, move a bathroom and transform several key rooms. A two-way fireplace was added to the master suite, and every detail— from flooring to cabinetry, finishes, lighting, and hardware—was carefully curated to elevate the home’s modern aesthetic with a touch of elegance and warmth.

The home now strikes a perfect balance between modern design and elegant, warm details. The kitchen’s grand scale is complemented by striking pendants that connect the fifth wall (ceiling) with the cabinets and island, creating harmony in the space.
