We had the privilege of designing and building this home from the ground up. Each space was finished with custom finishes, cabinetry and decor to complete the home the William Standen™ way. The goal for this new home build was to create the clients retirement home. A space where they would love every room, and where they could entertain family and grandchildren. We meticulously selected every fixture from faucets to light fixtures, appliances, cabinetry and flooring, tile and wall paint. William Standen’s All Inclusive Design™ method ensures a smooth design and construction project.

Kitchen

The kitchen features quartz countertops, clean white custom cabinetry with wood accents, and state-of-the-art JennAir appliances. A custom wine storage cabinet was designed and built in-house, that creates storage but also a stunning look. The flawless curved range hood makes a statement as the focal point of the kitchen.

Butlers Pantry

We designed the pantry to maximize storage so that all smaller kitchen appliances, boxed goods, canned goods and seasonal items could be stored away, in style. Ship lap walls, custom walnut countertops made in-house by our skilled craftsman, a silgranit sink and gold accents bring charm to the space.

Dining Room

With a view of the golf course, this room features natural daylight, a family table and farmhouse style light fixture. A place where the family can gather and enjoy time together with ample space.

Living Room

We designed custom-made oak beams into the ceiling, and added panelling to th fireplace wall with an accent paint to ground the space. A large hanging light fixture, stunning engineered hardwood floors, and neutral furniture made this space cozy and warm.

Laundry

The patterned floor tile brings style to the room, while the smooth and flawless custom walnut countertops made in-house by our skilled craftsman bring warmth and texture. There is no shortage of storage with a closet and the cabinetry in this room.
