We were attracted to William Standen Co. because of how they handle the renovation process from start to finish. We were very impressed with the attention to detail in the design, open communication and schedule sent to us prior to the project start. The product choices were fabulous and we felt we were getting amazing quality. We knew that cutting comers would not be accepted and felt that everyone really cared about the finished product.

We love the design. When Cassandra presented it to us, I actually said that it felt like she went into my head and put my vision on paper (but even better)! We really believe that she understood how important this renovation was to our whole family and the reasons behind why we needed the space to function. It meant a lot that she took this so seriously. The end result Is a space that we absolutely love coming home to and feels like us.

We could not be happier with our new space. Thank you also for working hard also to ensure our daughter's safety with her food allergy. Everyone was very respectful and careful about that and it was very much appreciated. She is one of the reasons we needed to do this and it will certainly change how we live in our house. Its more than just a renovation to us. Thank you for understanding that and putting so much into it.
