Isaya began his career as a carpenter fresh out of high school in 2016. From there, he completed his carpentry apprenticeship working on luxury homes and completed his red seal in the summer of 2022.

He enjoys getting to see the “whys” of building science first hand, as well as the progression of each stage of a project. Isaya looks forward to solving puzzles on site, keeping the project moving forward, and doing his best to keep the crew laughing throughout the day.
