The design process went very well. The installation and management of the demolition & construction activities was outstanding!! Patrick did an incredible job addressing any and all issues. Most of the time the issues were addressed before we were aware there was one. We love the area that has been created by removing the wall between the kitchen and family room. All members of the team were very professional and helpful. Their experience was evident. Patrick directed the work as if it was his own home. Every decision was based on what would ensure we would be happy. The cabinets are great, the design is wonderful, but the construction activity and direction provided was incredible. Although the experience of being without a kitchen for eight weeks was painful, dealing with William Standen Co. was not!!! I cannot say enough about the level of service. Thanks for everything.

How do you determine bathroom renovation budgets?

The National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) recommends that a kitchen’s value should be between 10-25% of the total current market value of the home and that bathrooms should be between 5-15% of the value.

Does William Standen Co. take care of the entire project?

Yes! William Standen Co. is an all-inclusive design™ studio, which means that we handle every stage of the renovation project. From kick-off to completion, every step is masterfully handled by a team of in-house professional designers and a certified construction crew. This means you won’t have to worry about organizing tradespeople or managing construction schedules – and you work with just one throughout the entire renovation.

How much will it cost to get a quote?

The initial meet and greet in our design studio is free of charge. Before developing an initial design and project quote, we do charge a design fee. However, if you begin your renovation project with William Standen Co. within 3-months of paying the design fee, we will put the amount paid towards your renovation.
